The helpline offers limited free business legal guidance covering many typical issues affecting members both running businesses and employed in businesses. Access is by referral from CIMA’s professional standards department only.
Email prof.standards@aicpa-cima.com with ‘Business support telephone referral - UK’ in the subject line and a brief description of your issue. If appropriate you will be given a referral.
The helpline is available 08:00 – 17:00hrs

This service covers employment, commercial and company law only.
Available for members in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Gibraltar, Luxembourg, Republic of Ireland, Romania, Netherlands, Bulgaria, France, Italy, Poland, Russia, Czech Republic, Germany, Liechtenstein, Portugal and Spain.
To access this referral only service, email prof.standards@aicpa-cima.com with the title “Business support telephone referral - country name” in the subject box and a brief description of your issue. If appropriate you will be given a number to call along with a code to quote.
